Join Jolene and Lils for our next fun-filled, interactive Gem Bake-Along, where we’ll be making delicious Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Shortbread Sandwiches!
During the Bake-Along, we’ll bake buttery homemade shortbread biscuits together, and before the class you’ll make the creamy homemade chocolate chip ice cream using our easy recipe. We’ll send you everything you need in advance so your ice cream is perfectly frozen and ready to assemble during the live session.
These delicious ice cream sandwiches are simple to make, perfect for the whole family and guaranteed to become a favourite you’ll make again and again.
