Entrants
The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
To enter, simply fill out this Survey and provide your email address at the end to be eligible.
This Giveaway is running from the 29th of August 2024 and the closing date for entry will be at midnight on Thursday, 12th of September 2024. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be counted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice as a result of an event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The Prize
The prize is as follows: €50 TESCO VOUCHER, as well as a special Gem Hamper including a selection of Gem Pack Foods products (as seen in the picture above). The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
Winners
One lucky winner will be randomly picked and announced on the 1st of October from all entries coming though the survey link and verified by Gem Pack Foods. The winners will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered within 7 working days.
The winners agree to the use of their name and social media posts in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
