Inspired by the popular dot cake trend, these beautiful individual dessert cups are made with a light and fluffy Gem vanilla sponge, layered with sweet strawberry jam and fresh seasonal strawberries, then topped with creamy vanilla buttercream.
To create the famous dot cake effect, we’ll dip the buttercream into colourful rainbow sprinkles, giving each cup a bright and vibrant finish. These easy-to-make treats are perfect for little bakers and are guaranteed to impress with their colourful sprinkle-covered tops and delicious strawberry flavour.
