This year, we are delighted to share this recipe – kindly created by One Yummy Mummy – as part of The Great Irish Bake, a vital annual fundraiser for Children’s Health Ireland. The funds help sick children at Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly hospitals and urgent care centres.
