Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl

For the Ghosts:
9 large marshmallows
200g GEM white chocolate chips
18 Gem milk chocolate chips for eyes
A little melted chocolate for mouths
For the brownies:
100g butter (plus a little extra for greasing)
200g Gem caster sugar
200g Gem dark chocolate chips
100g Gem milk chocolate chips
4 eggs
60g Gem plain flour
80g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
