Mix our ELDERFLOWER CORDIAL with a bit of water so it will freeze properly (mix approx. 500 ml cordial with 200 ml water) and pour cordial into little ice cube makers.

Add small lemon (or lime) slices and decorate with a few elderflowers, as seen in the picture below, and store the ice cubes in the freezer, so you will have a really nice spring/summer drink any time of the year 🧊
