  • 330ml double cream

  • 100g Gem Gourmet Currants

  • Cocoa powder and Gem Icing Sugar (for coating)

  • Fig and Peanut Delights:

  • 200g Gem Milk Chocolate Chips (melted)

  • 100g Gourmet figs (finely chopped)

  • 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp Gem Icing Sugar

  • 2 tsp maple syrup
