This porridge is packed full of flavour while still being light on calories, coming in under 300 calories and having one of your 5 a day!

Pear & Cinnamon Porridge

Add all of the ingredients except the almonds to the saucepan over medium heat and continually stir.
While the porridge is cooking, lightly toast the flaked almonds in a pan.
After about 5 minutes, the porridge will become thick and creamy. Once it reaches this point, remove it from the heat.
Serve and top with toasted Gem flaked almonds. Enjoy!
